Each program is made after I have my consultation with you. It is based on your goals, any limitations you may have (injuries, etc.) My goal is to get your body back in balance to make it as efficient as it can be. This will keep you getting stronger, burning fat, building muscle, and keep you injury free. I want you to have the mobility, stabilization, and strength that your body needs.
If you want results, then nutrition is essential. I will not only guide you on how much, when, and what to eat, but teach you at the same time so you feel confident and can adjust to any situation you find yourself in. “Give a man a fish, he will eat for one day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for the rest of his life.”
Weekly check-ins to discuss, answer questions, and plan for the upcoming weeks. Communication is key to help me get you results. Plus it keeps you accountable and motivated.
Downloadable Workouts To Take With You To The Gym
Easy to use Google Drive that literally puts your program in the palm of your hand with the Google Drive app. Log in to your account and record your workout as you go.
Easy Communication – Communication is KEY
Using Google Drive we can send files back and forth. You finish your workout, input your weights, set, reps, and any notes. Share back with me to review. Boom! Having something to turn in keeps you accountable and progressing.
Video Movement Analysis
Send videos of exercises and movements for critique. To make sure you get the most out of your workout and stay safe. This also helps me see any limitations in movement patterns that need to be addressed with soft tissue release and stretching.
I’m a Normal Guy With a Typical Life
I am a normal guy, 34 years old who like you, have to make the time to schedule in some training. I work long hours, up at 4.45am and not finished until nearly 9pm. It’s a long day, much like most of the clients I train and support through their journey to bettering themselves.
Time is definitely not on my side (again, like most people). I enjoy a beer and a burger at the weekends, socialising (when there is time) and enjoy a glass of red with my fiancée, when I am allowed. My plans cater for everyone from office workers, shift workers, sports specifics and older populations.
I’ve recently found my new hobby/obsession of golf and look to improve on my game with tailoring my training to help me get there. It’s a slow road, but consistency is key, as you will understand through my programs.
Most of my friends have children and find it hard to get the time to fit it in so I help them with workouts to suit their individual requirements. It’s important to stay healthy and fit when you have a family. No one wants to miss out because they simply do not have the energy to play with their kids.
