Sometimes, in order to achieve what we want, we have to make ourselves accountable to someone, to help us stick to our promises and follow the guidelines set out for us. Personal Training is just that.
You will work closely with one a personal trainer who will map out the perfect path for you, monitoring your progress all the way. Nutrition is also key to success and you will be given advice and food plans to follow. It’s not about how long you train, it’s about how smart you train.
Semi Private Sessions
Groups of 2 – 5 people.
James works on educating clients on nutrition, correct technique ensuring the risk of injury is greatly reduced. Like personal training, you are closely monitored and guided through your exercise program to achieve maximum results, while training with like minded members
